life ~ a photostory

~ a life update in the form of a photostory ~ this is truly Julia's aesthetic, entirely by accident, most of her closet is blue and white stripes. she's always either wearing her airplane propeller necklace or her dream necklace, wearing double dutch braids.  Once upon a time, there was a girl named Julia. She was a dreamer, one with a good imagination and wide horizons. Some of her happiest days as a teenager were spent taking photos of dolls, lying in the street to get the perfect angle. Her dolls were like built in friends, companions wherever she went, on trips and vacations and outings.  As she grew up, Julia grew busier and busier, and high school was a lot of work. But she had goals and she did everything she could to reach them. One of them was graduating two years early, which took up a lot of time and energy. Meet Mia!

I'm back, with another GOTY special: Mia St. Clair!
Now, Mia was the first girl to have three brothers: Skip, Rick, and Perry.
This mini-bio about Mia, the Girl of the Year 2008, is from www.americangirl.com , the archives. Mia is the youngest, and a figure skater... her story is pretty good, and I like her a lot. I didn't find a look a like, but I can show you a picture of my favorite ice skater! Anyways, let's look at the doll.

Here you can see that Mia was the first GOTY to have red hair. She also had freckles, and green eyes. It'd be much more interesting to have a red head doll with brown eyes, not green. Too typical.
Other than that, you c an see that she has the regularly rounded face, made from the Classic Mold. She comes with her red hair framing her face, as well as an accented braid, as you can see below.

So now you know about this awesome doll!
