You know how we all have these huge goals for summer - have fun, get a tan, mark off my bucket list, etc - and then somehow...
We get a case of Summera Boredomium. totally not a made up name for a made up disease
It's rather contagious.
But it has a cure! Productivicillin and activillin both work against Summera Boredomium.
And the coolest part is that you're finding the cure right here! Or at least, the beginning of your treatment. *nods solemnly* Let us begin with five ways to beat summer boredom!
And then, you get five MORE from
Rainflower 8! Make sure to head over there and follow as soon as possible!

1. Practice photography
This is so much fun, and you're learning a new skill! Toy photography and dance photography are my personal favorites! And if you already do photography, take it to a new level - try something new or test out the manual setting (Schultz Photo School has some of the coolest photography thingies.... google it)!
2. Try a new sport
A great activity to do with friends and siblings is try a new sport - please don't injure yourself. No one wants to have a broken bone over the summer. If you'd rather have something safe....
2. Reorganize your bedroom
I like this one a lot too *nods* I think I've redone the doll room... oh, about a dozen times. ;) Not quite. Including this one and the one before this one and the two before that and the one I have now... like, almost half a dozen if not so.
Redecorate, rearrange, customize stuff - IT'S SO FUN! #pinterestisawesome
4. Design and create unique outfits
Jules especially likes this one. We did it at her birthday party last year (that was s.o. f.u.n!)! Find a stencil to print out, grab those colored pencils and sketch away! And then, create it!
5. Learn an instrument
Instruments are awesome! From the easier recorder and harmonica to the tuba and violin, not only is this something fun, it's also worthwhile and productive! Try it, and let me know how it goes!
I hope you enjoyed this fun post, and don't forget to check out Reyna's post over on her awesome blog! You can read it right here!
So, have you caught a case of Summera Boredomium yet?
What cures do you use, and which of these sounds the best to you?
