life ~ a photostory

~ a life update in the form of a photostory ~ this is truly Julia's aesthetic, entirely by accident, most of her closet is blue and white stripes. she's always either wearing her airplane propeller necklace or her dream necklace, wearing double dutch braids.  Once upon a time, there was a girl named Julia. She was a dreamer, one with a good imagination and wide horizons. Some of her happiest days as a teenager were spent taking photos of dolls, lying in the street to get the perfect angle. Her dolls were like built in friends, companions wherever she went, on trips and vacations and outings.  As she grew up, Julia grew busier and busier, and high school was a lot of work. But she had goals and she did everything she could to reach them. One of them was graduating two years early, which took up a lot of time and energy. After hours upon hours of studying, she finally graduated.  Taking a gap year beginning in 2020, the weirdest year of the century, she had no lack of other thi

Beach Photoshoot #2

Elly's Day (s)

You see, this is a compilation of two days because *ahem* the camera battery died on the first day before I got any pictures! How dare that camera do that! :) Though... it was my fault. :D Annnnyyywaaays... without further ado, I present to you the chocolate muffin! Oh wait, wrong title.

Who doesn't like chocolate chip muffins for breakfast?
Just perfectly doll-sized!

Deliciousness! Originally there were like, eight in there. Guess where they went?

They were REALLY good!

Now for the beach pictures on the second day which explains her different hairstyle!

Elizabeth's dress was made only a few days before we left by my grandmother and me from my baby sister's dress that she outgrew! You'll see the matching headband later on, which was made from one of the scraps!

Elizabeth is just a really pretty doll...

The sand was so pretty and white!

I thought about this being her profile picture, but decided on her birthday picture instead.
I really like this one. Why? Don't ask me!

Her sea turtle necklace (which matches perfectly!) was actually a bracelet of mine before I gave it to Elly!

Those beautiful curls - I just curled them super quickly on the beach with my finger and they stayed! You have no idea how excited I was.

Do you see the sun flare? (or whatever it's called!) I was pretty proud of this one!

I love her hair like this - she's the one I like to do hairstyles on the most because her hair is so pretty and long and golden!

The sun was setting, and you'll see that in a minute.

What about this one? Should it be her profile picture?

Okay, so there's the headband- I just slid some elastic through and sewed it down and voila!

I like this one a lot too!

I made a sand staircase..  that was fun!

So that concludes Elizabeth's photoshoot! Next will be Josie's, and then one of all three of them!
