life ~ a photostory

  ~ a life update in the form of a photostory ~ this is truly Julia's aesthetic, entirely by accident, most of her closet is blue and white stripes. she's always either wearing her airplane propeller necklace or her dream necklace, wearing double dutch braids.  Once upon a time, there was a girl named Julia. She was a dreamer, one with a good imagination and wide horizons. Some of her happiest days as a teenager were spent taking photos of dolls, lying in the street to get the perfect angle. Her dolls were like built in friends, companions wherever she went, on trips and vacations and outings.  As she grew up, Julia grew busier and busier, and high school was a lot of work. But she had goals and she did everything she could to reach them. One of them was graduating two years early, which took up a lot of time and energy. After hours upon hours of studying, she finally graduated.  Taking a gap year beginning in 2020, the weirdest year of the century, she had no lack of other thi

Florida Fun // Trip Recap

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hi everyone! It's Jules, and it's so good to be back on here. *relaxing happily in blogosphere* In fact, we've been working on getting some other people back here.. in the blogosphere... *hint hint to the people who are stalking but haven't officially returned - YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE*
As you very well may know, I got to go on vacation last week with Julia and it was a.w.e.s.o.m.e! So, I bring you an episode of Jules' Journal, a Trip Recap!
Hope you enjoy!
day one
car rides are awesomely awful. BEING CRAMMED IN THE BACK SEAT IS AWESOME. seeing lots of pretty houses is awesome.
and the result of my endurance...
this incredible view of the ocean front!
like, check that out ^ :O is that not beautiful or what? The colors and everything!
and now I'm going to bed. XD
day two
SAND CASTLES!
Yay for sand castles! I had a lot of fun with this one, even if it did mean lugging buckets of sand up and down. I'm rather proud of it!
of course, when I finished, Julia/Light4theLord insisted on a photoshoot. What can I help it? I do like this outfit. It's so beachy and cheerful (despite the ominous rainclouds that threatened to break half the week)
I also found a message in a bottle. Just kidding! (it's a prop y'all) But that would've been pretty cool.
And what's the beach without a little swimming? IT WAS FREEZING therefore I swam a couple of seconds and then ran for my towel. XD
bonus picture. :)
day three
with the rather cold reminder of yesterday's events, I was content to watch birds and...
dolphins! there was a whole pod out today, and it was so cool!
#sandyshoes
this is my idea of a beach day. :)
and then we headed inside and watched the Spring Baking Championships - mini desserts!
that was pretty fun.
day four
another photoshoot! This time, it was really hot. And I got sunburnt. But you can't tell so that's good XD
I absolutely love this dress ♥
(more photoshoot pictures coming soon on our instagram @dolls.n.all)
I also, in turn, did a mini doll shoot. Meaning, I took two pictures of Rebekah. XD
(the other one coming sometime later XD)
I also tried my hand at sketching (what can I say? the beach is inspirational).
you do *not* wanna see the sketch. XD
day five
it was way too cold in the morning to swim, so I brought out a soda and an AG magazine and chilled. XD meaning, I fell asleep until noon.
and then I swam.
After swimming, of course, I needed ice cream. ^^^^^^^^^^^ ♥
With that sweet ending, our trip was over. *sobs* It was so much fun, and be prepared to be bombarded with plenty of beach photos later on.
