life ~ a photostory

~ a life update in the form of a photostory ~ this is truly Julia's aesthetic, entirely by accident, most of her closet is blue and white stripes. she's always either wearing her airplane propeller necklace or her dream necklace, wearing double dutch braids.  Once upon a time, there was a girl named Julia. She was a dreamer, one with a good imagination and wide horizons. Some of her happiest days as a teenager were spent taking photos of dolls, lying in the street to get the perfect angle. Her dolls were like built in friends, companions wherever she went, on trips and vacations and outings.  As she grew up, Julia grew busier and busier, and high school was a lot of work. But she had goals and she did everything she could to reach them. One of them was graduating two years early, which took up a lot of time and energy. After hours upon hours of studying, she finally graduated.  Taking a gap year beginning in 2020, the weirdest year of the century, she had no lack of other thi

The Photo Contest that I Won

Hey, so you know that photo contest I won a couple months ago?
Oh yeah. I forgot to post about it. I received the prize package from Anna (over at From a Doll's Perspective) and took all the pictures during the time when I didn't have a USB drive to transfer my pictures on. Anyways, I DID get it and I love the items in it! Ready to see what I got?

Anna did a great job at packaging it, with cute stickers everywhere!

I LOVE this tissue paper!

A card she addressed to me, with the first item underneath!

Isn't it adorable?! Anna's mother made this really pretty red dress (from what I understand) and I love it (you might have already recognized it from some of my other posts)!

Anna made this top and skirt!

And, she made this really cute infinity scarf and wrap bracelet (I have more pictures coming up of that!)!

CUTE CUTE CUTE! *dies over cuteness* mini, itty bitty gummy bears!

And, two books to add to my collection that I didn't have before!

Isn't this cool? My dolls can sit in it, and it's perfect!

I really like this lamp, it's a wonderful doll-sized thing!

I was so surprised and excited with all these great prizes!

This infinity scarf is PERFECT! I've been wanting some scarves to add to my dolls' outfits, and it has some of my fav colors in it! Katie is also modeling the white top, which fits her really well!

On her wrist you can see the wrap bracelet that matches the scarf and is also adorbs!

Here's Samantha in the pretty red dress lounging in the denim chair!

The sisters (now Sam is wearing the white skirt)!

The sisters again. (pretty obvious, actually)

Katie!

and... selfie!
