life ~ a photostory

~ a life update in the form of a photostory ~ this is truly Julia's aesthetic, entirely by accident, most of her closet is blue and white stripes. she's always either wearing her airplane propeller necklace or her dream necklace, wearing double dutch braids.  Once upon a time, there was a girl named Julia. She was a dreamer, one with a good imagination and wide horizons. Some of her happiest days as a teenager were spent taking photos of dolls, lying in the street to get the perfect angle. Her dolls were like built in friends, companions wherever she went, on trips and vacations and outings.  As she grew up, Julia grew busier and busier, and high school was a lot of work. But she had goals and she did everything she could to reach them. One of them was graduating two years early, which took up a lot of time and energy. After hours upon hours of studying, she finally graduated.  Taking a gap year beginning in 2020, the weirdest year of the century, she had no lack of other thi

Into the Wild Blue Yonder

The first thing I thought of when I uploaded the pictures onto the computer: Into the Wild Blue Yonder (hence the title!)!

So... on Friday evening, I took Katie and Elly (my two outside girls) to a reserve/park place with this gorgeous field, horses, a log cabin (yup, same place I took the ones for Little Dolls on the Prairie), a really fun climbing tree, a river running through it, small beaches, tons of trees, pavilions, fire pits, and more! I took a few (ask my sister, she'd probably differ in opinion :D ) and I'm going to show you some of them!
Uh, yes, that's a human behind that tree. Sorry about that. :)

This is that awesome climbing tree I was talking about.

See how big and fun it looks?! It took forever to get her to stay in one of the niches.

Relax, Katie. I'm here to catch you.

Isn't Elly beautiful? What did you email subscribers think of her special as Kailea Brooks (I mean, really, she does look like her, doesn't she?!)?

That's the sun, not a smudge.

I really like ^ that one. It shows that fall is really here!

Guardians of the Smore!

And when I got home, I took some pictures the next day (Saturday) of Katie playing in a pile of leaves that I want to share with you! The quality of the last one isn't the best, but I thought it was cute- Katie's the only one who can actually wear the hood on the hoodie!

Buried in leaves!

Thanks for looking at all these pictures! I'm planning on a review of Melody's movie to be scheduled on the 24th- can you believe that it's coming out this week?!?!? I'm excited! WIAN is still going, so you can still enter the seventh round!

    1. Thanks, Madison! I had a lot of fun! When I was writing this I was thinking of the patriotic song (was it the Marines or something?!?!) that says 'into the wild blue yonder'!
