life ~ a photostory

~ a life update in the form of a photostory ~ this is truly Julia's aesthetic, entirely by accident, most of her closet is blue and white stripes. she's always either wearing her airplane propeller necklace or her dream necklace, wearing double dutch braids.  Once upon a time, there was a girl named Julia. She was a dreamer, one with a good imagination and wide horizons. Some of her happiest days as a teenager were spent taking photos of dolls, lying in the street to get the perfect angle. Her dolls were like built in friends, companions wherever she went, on trips and vacations and outings.  As she grew up, Julia grew busier and busier, and high school was a lot of work. But she had goals and she did everything she could to reach them. One of them was graduating two years early, which took up a lot of time and energy. After hours upon hours of studying, she finally graduated.  Taking a gap year beginning in 2020, the weirdest year of the century, she had no lack of other thi

Grace's Journal

Day 1: Finally, day one of spring break! I'm headed to my cousin's house to hang out for the week. We're going to film a bit, go to some parties, and I'm going to meet some of Elly's best friends! Personally, I'm extremely excited. And you, journal, get to come along!

11:00 a.m. : I'm here! Elly and her sisters, who are adopted, came and picked me up at the airport. It was a nice flight, but I couldn't wait to see Elizabeth again- especially after so long in France. Not that it wasn't nice being back there, but you know how it is after you haven't seen someone in forever! Okay, journal... here's me!
Elly took that picture of me, and I have to admit that it wasn't terrible like I expected.
2:00 p.m.: Lunch was awesome, my favorites! Here's me and my cousins Elizabeth and Julie, the closest to me. We played a whole bunch of board games and did each other's hair. Julie's hair is so awesome to play with!

 The three Miss-keteers!
Here's a selfie we took- not a wonderfully great one, but one that'll remind me of our time together. We've scheduled that tomorrow we're going to an old-fashioned ball- partly for the shoot we're taking for the Time Traveling Twins (BTW, I'm a guest star and I'm super excited!) and partly for fun. AND we get to go shopping with some other girls that my cousins know. I can't wait to see my dress and go to the mall!
Jules had some great ideas- so crafty and athletic! She taught me how to do some gymnastics moves, since she's a champ at that! Elly took this one of us together...
Another selfie... Think I'm obsessed yet? Well, I'm not.

Josie and I baked some wonderful scones, which Amy absolutely loved, since she's from Great Britain (a.k.a. England). Josie's a couple years older than me, since I'm only twelve. She's a great girl though, and she listens to everything!

9:00 p.m.: I'm soooo exhausted! Jet lagged, too, but Elizabeth and I still had time to try out our newest dance moves to her MP3. My fav song was called, 'Dream On, Girl!'.
9:45 p.m.: time for one last selfie to end my first day of spring break!

*Grace's Journal is an account of the awesome spring break vacation she had with her cousins, by Grace P. Thomas herself! The entries will be posted here throughout the week.
